Well lets see... Jess and I had a nice little trip up to my home town to see Star Wars: Episode II. I had been avoiding seeing all commercials, previews, toy advertizements, conversations of any kind that related to the movie so I wouldn't just be watching a big set of clips that I had already seen from before. This is especially a pain cause I knew that I wouldn't get up to see the movie for a while and the longer you wait, the more kinds of commercials come out. Man what a hassle... but it was totally worth it. I really dig seeing movies with no advanced warning. I actually went to see movies at a local theatre without even knowing what was playing. Its fun. Like reading a book. You might know a little of what you are going to see... but nothing specific. Anyhow. Jess drove since I am still out of commision on that front, and we saw lots of neato things along the ride. Nick was there when we got in (ala Dinner Club) and he will be in town later this week. So we saw him and his version of Jess as well as some other old family friends. Good stuff. Random trips often are. Enjoy the pics..
