Packing Procedures
Since we bake for multiple types of sales it's trickier to pack than most think. The kinds of packing we have are:
- Restaurant? - Always in heavy plastic. Typically packed in higher volumes than Retail
- Retail?/Market? - labeled for retail sale in lighter weight plastic bags. Packed in smaller sized bags.
- Wholesale? - Different from Restaurant? packing. This is usually for shops that will be selling things as retail. They will get packaged the same as Retail/Market.
