Dear
Liza:
I'm a business student who's looking for ways to occupy
an awkward 130-minute time slot between classes. So
far I've come up with eating, emailing, and doing homework.
But, particularly as winter approaches, I'm wondering
if you have any advice for things to do indoors. Also,
I love your web page.

Liza
tried to meow, but couldn't get it all out before she
starting yawning. Take it from Liza, be sure to eat
food that will keep you going through the cold winter
months. When all else fails. Use that extra time to
take a nap!

Liza,
What's heaven like?

It
was pretty late when I asked liza this one. She yawned
really big. I got a big whiff of cat food before she went
back to sleep. I interpreted this as meaning that heaven
will be different depending on what you put into yourself
throughout the course of your life. |
Liza,
If you could be anything in the world, other than a
pretty smart cat . . . what would you like to be??

I
asked her this question and took this picture twice
both times she turned her head at the last second. I guess
that goes to show you that Liza is smarter than you think.
So maybe next time you should ask her what she would like
to be other than a very smart cat. She might also
respond better if you asked 'other than a pretty","
smart cat.'
Either way I think she may also be saying that she likes
the shadow that the flash makes, and would like to be
a shadow hunter. |
Hey Sunshine...
Why aren't these feature classes using the spatial
reference I'm telling
them to use?
I'm sending the GeometryDef in the Fields pointer,
and doing a putref for
the spatial reference.
What gives?

Liza's
response was something along the lines of "muh"
while looking out the window.. The answer is out there
somewhere. Most likely with someone who is out there doing
it what you are trying to do now. Find another window
to look into from your own. She's still staring out the
window. Could be a good idea to take a break and look
at your code again after some food mellows you out. Try
cookies. Cookies are the best. |
Liza,you certainly
have this question answering down.

Liza
was so pleased with the compliment that she rubbed her
head on my arm, and tried to drag the camera off by
the wrist loop (not pictured).
|
If your glove is too
big, does it still fit like a glove?
-Ripcord

Liza
went straight for the wrist loop again on this one. Be
like Liza. Spend your time in search of more interesting
things than glove sizes. |
Dear Liza,
If a door says "employees only," does that
mean that anyone who is an employee anywhere enter that
door?
And what's behind the door? Is it Kung Fu fighters,
like in "Wayne's World?"
-Eileen
October 16, 2002 |
Nimbly
avoiding the camera, Liza let out a quick meow until I
played with her some. She may not know about the employees
only bit, or maybe she just doesn't care. Regardless,
her Kung Fu is strong. So stay away from those doors,
unless you train with a master like Liza. |
How many licks does
it take to get to the center of a tootsie pop?
-Audra

Liza's
headbutts were an indication that I was the person to
answer that question. I found a Tootsie pop lick-o-meter
at target. It was a gift for someone else, but maybe you
can get your own and find out for yourself! |
Liza, why the hell
do blue tauruses not love me??? WHY??!!??? and
do you do auto repair? because that would be really
great....

Liza
was scratching the wall when I asked her this one. She
then flopped on the floor and did her best to get me
to pet her. Maybe you should look at the situation from
the point of view of a car that has given it's all for
you. Looking at Liza, she may be a pest some times,
but she still loves me.
|
Dear Liza,
How come boys show no emotion, except when they get
really pissed about something stupid, which in turn
makes you feel really crappy?
-Eileen

Eileen gets lots of avoidance from Liza when her questions
are presented. In this case Liza thinks you shouldn't
let dumb people get to you. Rise up (or jump up) and don't
let the floor dwelling cooties get you! Especially dumb
cooties that can make you feel crappy. |
